My name's Rebecca Simms, but you can call me Becky. I'm an experience designer with a passion for learning and development. I enjoy the challenge of problem-solving to meet and exceed performance goals while keeping the learner at the center of the solution.

My ability to be positive and solution focused sets me apart. Employing analysis, innovation, and collaboration, I strive to create timely and high quality solutions based on customer experience and learner needs.

Creative inspiration comes to me through outdoor adventures, art museums, historical and modern architecture, and fashion. I enjoy clean, simple designs that include an immersive experience as possible. I look at my work as a piece of art that tells a story, engages the mind, and changes behavior.
